1. Age Requirements

• Scooters & Buggies: Minimum age 23 years old
• ATVs: Minimum age 21 years old

2. Driver's License — Scooters

A valid scooter/motorcycle license is required to rent a scooter.

3. Driver's License — ATVs & Buggies

A valid driver's license is required to rent an ATV or Buggy.

4. Insurance

4.1 Basic Insurance (Included)

Basic insurance is included in the rental price and provides third-party liability coverage. In the event of an accident caused by the Renter, damages to third parties are covered, while the Renter remains fully responsible for any damages to the rented vehicle.

4.2 CDW — Collision Damage Waiver (Optional)

With CDW insurance, in the event of an accident where the Renter is at fault, damages to third parties are covered and the Renter is responsible for a deductible of €1,500, after which any remaining damage costs are fully covered by the Company.

5. Minimum Rental Period

1 day = 24 hours. Rentals shorter than 24 hours are charged as a full day.

6. Taxes

All prices include 24% VAT and 0.5% residence fee.

7. Traffic Violations

The Renter is solely responsible for any fines, penalties, or charges arising from violations of traffic laws or regulations during the rental period.

8. Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. If returned with less fuel, the Renter will be charged for the difference at the applicable rate.

9. Mileage

Unlimited mileage is included, provided the vehicle is used strictly within the geographical limits of the island where the rental originates.

10. Passenger Limit

Each vehicle may carry a maximum of 2 passengers. If more than two passengers are transported, the Company reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately without any refund.

11. Roadside Assistance

24-hour support is available throughout the rental period. If roadside assistance is required due to the Renter's fault, a fee of €20 will be charged.

12. Additional Charges

• Refueling service: €10
• Battery recharging: €5
• Tyre repair: €10

13. Lost Keys

In the event that the Renter loses the vehicle key, the Renter shall be responsible for covering the full cost of the replacement.
