Terms & Conditions

1. Age Limit
For Scooters and Buggies minimum age is 23 years old.
For ATVs minimum age is 21 years old.

2. Driver’s License for Scooters
To rent and drive a scooter or motorcycle in Greece, the driver must hold a valid driving licence with the appropriate motorcycle category.
For 125cc vehicles, a Category A1 motorcycle licence is required.
For higher engine capacities, a Category A2 or Category A motorcycle licence is required, depending on the vehicle category and specifications.
For European Union licence holders, the appropriate motorcycle category must be clearly indicated on the driving licence.
For non-European Union licence holders, a valid motorcycle licence from their country of residence may also need to be accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP), unless their national licence is recognised in Greece under applicable law or international agreements.
Please note that the required licence category must correspond to the vehicle being rented. It is the driver’s responsibility to present valid and legally accepted driving documents before rental.

3. Driver’s License for ATVs & Buggies
To rent and drive an ATV or buggy in Greece, the driver must hold a valid Category B (car) driving licence.
For European Union licence holders, a valid Category B licence must be clearly indicated on the driving licence.
For non-European Union licence holders, an International Driving Permit (IDP) must be presented together with their original national driving licence. However, some countries are exempt under applicable Greek law and international agreements and may drive with their valid national driving licence only (such as the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, New Zealand, South Africa, Albania, and some other recognised countries).
Please note that all driving documents must be valid and legally accepted in Greece at the time of rental. It is the driver’s responsibility to present the appropriate documentation before vehicle collection.

4. Insurance
4.1 Basic Insurance: Basic insurance is included in the rental price and provides third-party liability coverage in accordance with the applicable insurance terms. In the event of an accident where the Renter is at fault, damages to third parties are covered, while the Renter remains fully responsible for any damages caused to the rented vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
4.2 C.D.W.: With C.D.W. insurance, in the event of an accident where the Renter is at fault, third-party damages are covered in accordance with the applicable insurance terms. The Renter remains responsible for a deductible ranging from €600 to €5,000, depending on the vehicle category. Any remaining damage costs beyond the deductible amount are covered by the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

5. Minimum Rental Period
One (1) day = twenty-four (24) hours.

6. Taxes
Prices include VAT 24% and residence fee 0.5%.

7. Traffic Terms
The Renter is solely responsible for any fines, penalties, or charges arising from violations of traffic laws or regulations during the rental period.

8. Fuel Policy
The Renter is required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the Renter shall be charged for the difference at the applicable rate.

9. Mileage
The Renter is entitled to unlimited mileage, provided the vehicle is used strictly within the geographical limits of the island where the rental originates.

10. Passenger Limit
Each vehicle is permitted to carry a maximum of two (2) passengers. In the event that more than two passengers are transported, the Company reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately without any refund.

11. Roadside Assistance
In case of any issue, the Renter may contact our 24-hour support service at any time. If the need for roadside assistance arises due to the Renter’s fault, a roadside assistance fee of €20 shall be charged.

12. Refueling Service Charge: €15

13. Battery Recharging Charge: €5

14. Key Loss
In the event that the Renter loses the vehicle key, the Renter shall be responsible for covering the full cost of the replacement.
